Cancellation Policy

No Refund : All bookings are non-refundable. Same is applicable in case of no-shows.

Supervised Attempts : Non-refundable bookings allow participants up to two supervised attempts.

Note : Bookings cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Maximum Age : 55 years

Tandem Bungee Weight Requirement : 40 kg – 110 kg per participant, with a maximum combined weight of 160 kg

Mode of Transport : Personal vehicle / Hired taxi to jump point

•   Complete and sign the mandatory waiver form before participation.

•   Both tandem participants must meet the prescribed age and weight requirements.

•   Inform the activity provider about any relevant medical conditions before participation.

•   Do not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.

Note : In case you have any of the above, you will not be allowed to participate. If under the influence, the activity host has the last say and no refunds will be issued for forced departures.

Participation and Safety Advisory

Both participants must meet the required health, age, and weight conditions, and complete a mandatory waiver form prior to the jump. The activity provider reserves the right to restrict participation if safety or medical criteria are not met. 

Since weather can be unpredictable, outdoor jumps may be suspended or cancelled during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other adverse conditions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative slot, date, or a full refund at the vendor's discretion. We recommend checking weather updates and reconfirming your slot before heading out.
