On day two, the journey shifts to Mandrem for a pottery making activity on the wheel. Over two relaxed hours, you will shape terracotta clay into two or three pieces, guided by an expert. It is a mindful escape, perfect for beginners, and leaves you with unique souvenirs. Day 1 – Azulejo Tile Painting (Panjim)
• Arrive at the art centre and meet the artist
• Receive a short overview of Azulejos tile art and the painting process
• Explore the space and see traditional tile designs and techniques
• Paint your own tile with expert guidance (all materials provided)
• Tile is taken for furnace baking to set the artwork permanently
• Collect your finished tile as a personalized souvenir
Day 2 – Pottery Making (Mandrem)
• Arrive and check in at the studio for an introduction with the instructor
• Watch a brief demonstration of the wheel and core techniques
• Practice hands-on at your own wheel to create 2-3 pieces like bowls or mugs
• Finish your items and learn about the optional drying, glazing, and firing process

Minimum Capacity : 1 pax
Maximum Capacity : 15 pax
Mode of Transport : personal vehicle/ Hired taxi to the art centre
Age Restriction : None (children must be accompanied by an adult)
Day 2 – Pottery Making (Mandrem)
Duration of experience : 2 hrs (120 mins)
Operating Days : Friday to Wednesday (not operational on Thursdays)
Time Slots : 11:30 AM – 01:30 PM & 03:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Minimum Capacity : 1 pax
Maximum Capacity : 15 pax
Mode of Transport : Personal vehicle/ Hired taxi to the art centre
Age Restriction : 16 yrs and older

• Azulejos tile painting is suitable for all age groups (no age restrictions)
• Pottery has a minimum age restriction of 16 yrs
• For pottery making, please keep nails short to get a proper experience of working with clay efficiently

• Wear comfortable clothing and closed footwear (in case of pottery making, wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty
• Carry digital camera/ phone for photos
• Personal water bottle (no disposables)

• Follow all instructions given by the instructor for azulejos tile painting
• Pay attention to the pottery instructor while working with mud/clay
