Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation : Cancel 48hrs+ before for a full refund | Partial Refund : Cancel between 48-24 hrs and get a 50% refund | No Refund : No refunds if cancelled within 24 hrs or for no-shows | Processing Fee : 3% fee applies to all cancellations.
Rescheduling : Guests may reschedule once without additional charges if requested at least 24 hours in advance. This will be subject to availability so please check before attempting to reschedule.
Operator Cancellations (Weather / Safety / Technical Issues) : In the unlikely event that tour operator must cancel a trip, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
